The McCulley Group was chosen to transform the business concept of medical rejuvenation –medical dermatology and cosmetic surgery procedures supported by spa services - into an experience for the new state-of-the-art La Jolla Spa MD. The brand experience is designed to alter the perception of “medical clinics,” changing the focal point to beauty, health and glamour.

Developing that experience entailed communicating a consistent message through various platforms, such as the logo, marketing and business collateral, spa, medical offices, surgical centers, retail area, café, architectural signage, and environmental graphic panels. To achieve a soothing quality throughout the space, a neutral color palette is used, offset only by the signature La Jolla Spa MD pastel blue-green. Natural materials such as bamboo, water, frosted-glass, and back-lit onyx give the space a clean yet tactile quality.
