California Bank & Trust
Interior Design & Interior Facilities Standards
70 Branches throughout California
(including San Diego County, Los Angeles County, San Francisco Bay Area, and Sacramento)

One of The McCulley Group’s most extensive bank branding and rollout programs is California Bank & Trust, formed from the merger between regional Grossmont Bank and Japanese Sumitomo Bank. The project entailed branding over 70 branches statewide as well as regional and corporate headquarters over a three-year period.

We created and implemented the standards for graphic design, signage design and interior design. The standards are meant to unify, but they are not cookie cutters: Through proper implementation, each branch feels like a CB&T yet has a character all its own.

Summary of Interior Design for California Bank & Trust:
  • Lobby interior design
  • Conference room interior design
  • Office interior design
  • Retail bank teller line design
  • Retail bank checkwriting stand design
