Amtrak
Signage Standards Manual
The
McCulley Group designed the signage standards manual, which
includes definitions of sign types, typical locations and
alternate placement, color palette, typographical treatment,
material specifications, lighting and illumination options,
and list of preferred vendors for Amtrak, a national company
that provides passenger rail service to more than 500 locations
along a 22,000 mile system.
Signage standards allow this large company with stations
located in geographically diverse areas to maintain a consistent
wayfinding system while conforming to ADA requirements.
"I
have worked on station projects for over ten years and have
been responsible for multi-millions of dollars in signage
design, development and installation. No design or architectural
firm with whom I have worked to date can match the quality
of the experience enjoyed with The McCulley Group."

Andiman, Manager Passenger Handling, Amtrak, Washington
